Ron Paulseen graduated from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas in 1972. He and his wife Jenny moved to Wichita in 1972 and Ron signed his contract with New York Life that same year. Ron has maintained continuous membership in New York Life's production based councils and has maintained annual membership in New York Life's Chairmans Council continually since 1979. Ron has qualified for MDRT every year he has been in the business and has has been in the coveted Top of the Table since 1985, MDRT is recognized as the standard of excellence in life insurance sales performance. Ron helps his clients identify problems with their Estate Tax planning and provides creative solutions to help them pass their estates to the generations to come with minimal taxation to the estate. Ron molds complex business and estate planning concepts into understandable and retainable ideas. "Numbers change but the concepts always stay the same."
Aeramy K. Porter, LUTCF, CLTC
Aeramy holds a B.A. in Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. After graduation she worked in New York City for three years at the home office of New York Life Insurance Co. In 2001 she moved back to Wichita to join her father in business at Paulseen Financial Group. Aeramy enjoys working with her clients’ from a macro approach through life insurance and retirement planning to insure their money goes where they’d like to see it go rather than where the government would.

Tyler Porter
Tyler Porter is a graduate of Wichita State University. Tyler spent the next three years in Denver Colorado, where he owned and operated a successful financing company. After the sale of his company he decided to reengage in his schooling and enrolled at Kansas State University where he received a degree in Accounting. Tyler worked for 4 years as an accountant for Pricewaterhouse Coopers and KPMG, before joining a regional firm in Wichita Kansas. Tyler joined Paulseen Financial group in April of 2010. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate and personal finance. Through the use of a proprietary process, Tyler develops strategies designed to help individuals and business owners retain more of their working capital or cash flow in a tax efficient manner.
Sherry Looney
Director of Underwriting Sherry Looney has been in the life insurance arena since 1988 and with Paulseen Financial Group since 1991. She is what Ron has always called her, the “GET IT INFORCE” person. She works closely with underwriters, agents and clients to obtain the very best insurance offers available from a wide variety of major carriers and markets. She processes hundreds of cases every year.
Patty McCall
Office Manager/Executive Assistant to Ron Paulseen Patty McCall has been in insurance service since 1983 and with The Paulseen Financial Group since 1988. She heads the “IN-FORCE” department and brings fabulous service to our more than 1,000 clients.
Christy Wilson
Director of Registered Services Christy Wilson joined our team in 2005, after 12 years of experience in the investment industry. She holds a brokerage and insurance license which allows her to work closley in both New Business and Client Service aspects. She fills the roll as an alliasion between underwriters, agents and clients allowing her to form outstanding business and client relationships.

Director of Client Support Services Melanie Willis greets you on the phone when she calls. She efficiently handles client service and administrative support as well as general office duties.
